  • Coverage, Service Period will vary from product to product
  • Regular Service Hours – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
  • Callback support – 9.30am to 6.30 pm ( will be extended on case to case basis)
  • Holiday Callback support - 9.30am to 6.30 pm ( will be extended on case to case basis)
  • Minimum Response Time- In Chennai: 2 Hours
  • Minimum Response Time- Within Tamilnadu: 24 Working Hours
  • Regular Monthly visits to optimize the elevator in operation
  • Attend to all call backs within the normal working window
  • Pro-Active Maintenance
  • Attend to emergency calls whenever needed
  • Replace/Repair spares as and when needed*
  • Repair/Replacement coverage as per the Annual Maintenance Package*
  • Yearly Audit Report on the Elevator
  • Rescue Operation Training
