Mr.Kasimbhai, Mr.Manavalan, Dinesh and Mr. Srinivasan worked tirelessly starting 6 pm and vowed to complete it and then only leave. They completed the work at 1130pm and left the building with no energy left. Effective communication and prompt response is the ultimate customer satisfaction for any business, and I bet Grace elevator is one of the best . During first week of December 2023, our apartment lift started giving problems and no one was able to use. Immediately the next day, Chennai was attacked by Michaung cyclone. Most of the tenants in our apartment are elders and with heart problems and everyone was super worried about the lift repair. But when we contacted the Grace elevator and reported the issue, they understood the importance of health of our tenants and sent the technician the right next day of cyclone and fixed the issue. I would like to thank Grace elevator on behalf of my apartment people for their service with utmost customer satisfaction . Grace Lifts has been servicing our lift for the last few months. Their MD Mr. Hayath and Ms. Lavanya from their office have been really helpful and responsive to any issues we report. Their technicians come to our house soon (usually within a day or two if the issue is not urgent), are knowledgeable and help fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. We've been really happy with their service so far. They have a good annual maintenance plan where they schedule a service at different intervals to ensure that our lift continues to remain in good working condition. Once, when there was an urgent issue, they even solved the problem for me over the phone by guiding me on what to do.
